Diversified Chiropractic
Manual chiropractic technique that involves spinal adjustments and manipulations. It corrects subluxations or misalignments of the vertebrae in order to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, and restore normal function. This is what is referred to as traditional chiropractic.
Activator Method
This low-force technique uses a device called an activator to deliver gentle, targeted adjustments.
Extremity Adjusting
Chiropractic adjustments are done to joints such as the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles.
Flexion/Distraction
This is a gentle chiropractic technique where the patient lies on a specialized table to stretch and mobilize the spine.
Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT)
Gentle force is applied to restore the relationship between the sacrum (the triangular bone at the base of the spine) and the occiput (the bone at the base of the skull).
Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST)
Manipulation of the bones of the skull, spine, and pelvis improves the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.
TMJ Adjustments
Adjustments are done to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which is the joint that connects the jawbone to the skull.
Cox Technique
We use a specialized table to gently stretch and mobilize the spine. It helps treat disc herniation, spinal stenosis, and sciatica.
Thompson Technique
Our table has drop sections designed to facilitate precise adjustments to specific areas of the spine.
Network Spinal Analysis (NSA)
Very unique and gentle type of Chiropractic where there is no “twisting, cracking, or popping.” This involves gentle touches to specific points along the spine to help the body release stored tension and improve nervous system function.
